How do RCs apply for B&B programme?
Application Form are available at the Constituency Office or could be downloaded from NACLI's website.
Completed application forms should be submitted by the Chairman of the RC to NACLI through the Senior Constituency Manager (SCM). The RC will be notified of programme confirmation via the SCM.
Do the RCs need to pay for the programme?
RCs only need to pay for refreshments and meals from $8 and $16 per person for one-day programme and two-day, one-night programme respectively. Training fee is waived for GRLs.
The RC may nominate up to 5 block representatives and other volunteers of the RC who are not GRLs to participate in the programme. For non-GRLs, nominal training fees of $40 and $60 per person for one-day programme and two-day, one-night programme respectively will apply. The estimated charges for the programmes are as follows:

To avoid wastage of limited training resources, a fee of $300 will be levied on the RC if the actual class size for the workshop falls below 15 or if the training is cancelled less than 4 weeks before commencement date of the programme once it is confirmed.
Additional points to note
Due to limited training resources, NACLI would accede to requests on a first-come-first-served basis.
