Obtain a nomination form from your Constituency Office or download it here.

All nomination forms should be completed and endorsed by the Senior Constituency Manager or PA Officer in-charged of your grassroots organisation and faxed to NACLI @64744912, at least 3 weeks before commencement of the course.

Alternatively, you may register online at www.grassrootsconnect.org.sg using your SingPass.

NACLI would inform you of your course placement status 2 weeks before commencement date of the course applied.
