 SY.M.FER.NY

The SY.M.FER.NY Approach to Highly Effective Teams

Using music and sports as its underlying metaphors and games and outdoor activities as experiential learning aids, this programme is aimed at developing teams who believe in, and are committed to personal and team learning. Teams will learn and “play in symphony” as they journey through a cycle of SY.M.FER.NY.

SY.M.FER.NY interweaves four seasons of team building and team learning activities, where teams will be introduced to Mental Lifeskills Coaching (MLC) topics in each season.

Some comments from past participants
