How to interpret the competencies ?

All courses have been categorised by competencies and pegged at progressive Levels of 1, 2 and 3. New Courses will continue to be developed and added to the framework.

How do I identify courses which I need to attend?
Not all grassroots leaders need to start off with courses from Level 1. Grassroots leaders may assess their current competency levels by completing an online self assessment available at www.grassrootsconnect.org.sg. The assessment will allow grassroots leaders to better gauge their competency levels and identify the courses to sign up for, to improve their level of skills and capabilities and to bridge their competency gaps.
